XRT-PressControl is directly engaged in
injection phase. During the whole cycle, pressure and speed values are
constantly checked and managed by the system. Injection curve, drawn on the
screen by the user, is executed by the system.
New and complex devices
for injection dynamic regulation allow to minimize human intervention. The
system is able to detect process drifts from given values and to carry out
necessary changes in autonomous way.
XRT-PressControl is a powerful and easy
to use tool. It supports the press-minder also in the startup phase of a new
die showing injection optimum values.
OEM Version
It is made up of data acquisition system and
application software. It is provided to diecasting machine builders and revisers
in order to be installed on their hardware
PANEL Version
Panel unit designed to be inserted in control
switchboard and equipped with LCD screen, diaphragm keyboard, connectors for
quick connection to press and industrial PC signals.
